The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting Anime Premieres July 7, New Trailer Revealed
The official Youtube channel of The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting (Kumicho Musume to Seiwagakari) revealed a new promotional video for the anime. The trailer unveils more cast, and its opening theme song entitled To Tomorrow’s Heroes performed by Sho Takeyaki. The anime premieres on July 7th.
The author Tsukiya also announced the premiere on Twitter with an illustration. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX, RKB Mainichi Broadcasting, NTV, and on Television Shin Hiroshima System.
The anime is being produced at studios feel. and GAINA under the direction of Itsuro Kawasaki. The series composition is being written by Keiichiro Ochi while Hiromi Ogata is on character design. Takuro Iga is composing the music.
The anime is based on the manga written by Tsukiya. Micro Magazine has just published the seventh volume on February 10, and Kaiten Books is publishing the manga in English. It describes the story as:
WHO’S YOUR NANNY?
– Kaiten Books
Kirishima Tooru is the right-hand man of the Sakuragi crime family. For him, the job is a perfect excuse to let his violent instincts run wild, earning him the nickname “the Demon of Sakuragi”. It seems like nothing will stand in the way of his vicious nature.
But then one day, he receives an assignment like never before from the boss—babysitting his daughter!
This is the heartwarming (or is it bloodcurdling?) story of a little girl and her yakuza caretaker!
