Ballet Anime Dance Dance Danseur Reveals Trailer Video, Premieres on April 8
On Friday, the promotional trailer for Dance Dance Danseur TV anime was made available on the official website for the program. The anime will air on MBS, TBS, and 26 additional stations on April 8th as part of the Super Animeism programming block.
The anime had also revealed a new visual:
MAPPA is producing the anime under the direction of Munehisa Sakai, while the series scripts are written by Yoshimi Narita. The characters are being designed by Hitomi Hasegawa. The choreographer is Naoya Homan, and the ballet technical director is Hajime Ohtani, with ballet animation directors Tsuyoshi Kuwahara and Atsushi Ogasawara. The soundtrack is being composed by MICHIRU.
The anime is based on a manga written by George Asakura which currently runs on Weekly Big Comic Spirits since September 2015.
Junpei is happily snoozing away during his sister’s ballet recital when a male ballet dancer steps onto the stage. Moved by the strength and skills the dancer displays, the boy discovers his love for this art.
