Sci-fi Web Anime Inou no AICis Reveals Youtube Debut for February 13
High school detective-themed web anime Inou no AICis (AICis of Unusual Power – ESP & High School Detective –) revealed a cast teaser for their upcoming web anime on February 13th. The anime will release episodes on Youtube every Saturday 18:00 JST. Check out the teaser trailer below:
The anime casts were revealed in the trailer and are shown in the following order:

Chiyo Izumi (VA: Chiyo Tomaru)
Sekiwan (VA: Hikaru Midorikawa)
The anime is made under a game/character design company ANDo and describes the story as:
AICis is a psychic application that is popular in Geso Ward, a school city in Tokyo. It is an app that gives special powers, “supernatural powers,” to the person who installs it. Those who have the powers in their hands go on to do evil one after another in order to satisfy their own self-interest. This is the story of “student detectives” who specializes in solving the psychic cases.
